K Ramananda is a Metallurgical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka and has diverse experience in the foundry industry having worked in production with a leading foundry, CPC Ltd., Coimbatore & later in sales & Marketing with Elkem, a leading foundry alloy supplier. He is into Foundry industry from 1996 and has vast experience in this Industry.

Ravi Haldipur is a Metallurgical Engineer and has completed his Masters in Business Administration from Purdue University in the United States. He has experience in various industries in sales, marketing, business development and management and in the foundry industry since 2005.
